They are very rude and nasty to talking to to them I tried to get hold of them for almost 5 months I send email & I send later I phone them all time they just to tell them my rent win up I want them to get increase in no one give a s*** they sucks and they are rude they look like they work for free

Been on the wait list for over 3 years. My fist applications mysteriously did not show up in the system because of a discriminatory staff member that did not hold back her religious judgements over me. I came her to get help for housing not to convert to Islam. My “wait” number gets higher everyday. You’re better off sleeping in the streets than falling for false hope of getting affordable housing.
My aunt lives there and they have been issues with infestation of bed bugs. The city has not done anything to prevent this from not happening again. It’s been two weeks and they still have the sitting area taped off, many floors have been infested with bed bugs and they have not fogged the building or took any action to get rid of them. This is the 3 rd time it has happened this past year. These poor tenants are suffering while the city is talking their rent and not taking action
I contacted about the housing info numerous times for someone and the lady from the department was extremely rude with that snotty attitude and hung up on me each time. She needs to change that attitude. She’s unprofessional and extremely rude. Get the professional customer service together please!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
