I scheduled a service a month ago so I could get the day off from work. My appointment was scheduled for today! They called me to ask what plumbing service I needed. When I made the appointment, I told them it was a check up since we purchased the service plan. Now they're saying the can't make it out today. Go someplace else. Do not be stupid like me! The bad reviews are real. I hired them to install a new furnace and heat pump. The salesman was pushy and promised excellent customer service. What you get is no phone calls returned and empty promises. This company is full of liars. After the heat pump install the county inspector came out and told Dear Services that the location of the heat pump was not within code and had to be moved out a min. of 10 inches from the wall. This company obviously promotes ripping off people!! Last Dec. I had a leak in my shower pipe for which a portion of the wall behind the pipe had to be cut out. The plumber from this company did the cutting and spent less than 5 minutes tightening a valve and that's all the needed to be done. He did build scaffolding to get to wall, was involved in the total job for about 4 hours and charged $'5000.00. This was a CRASS RIP OFF and I would NEVER recommend the company to my worst enemy. We had Dear Services install air conditioning in our home. Coleman Christian and Brad Porter did a great job! They were very polite and professional. Honestly they were not bad to look at either! I will never call anyone else!!!

I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review. I cannot stress enough that I do not recommend Dear Services and will never use them again for any of their services. I had used Dear Services for many years and was very happy with them. On April 3rd Dear Services did a sewer scope for me. The technician did not give me a copy of the scope, stating that it was company policy not to do so.
