I requested GOLD nail polish from manicurist, manicurist said YES but used PINK polish. I pointed at the GOLD nail polish sample, but she used PINK. I said NO clear coat. Manicurist said YES, and added clear coat anyway. I requested ONE big right toenail painted gold. Manicurist said YES, but tried to paint them all gold on BOTH feet, ALL toes. I had to leave the store to get the manicurist to STOP applying what I did not want. Manicurist pretended to understand English by replying YES to me. She did not understand one word.... read more

Fui a hacerme las uñas el viernes, sólo a pintármela y tenía una uña rota sólo un poquito y le dije que me pusiera acrílico al dueño hizo todo regaños maltratos menos ponerme la acrílico en el lugar donde le dije siempre voy a ese lugar hacerme las uñas con una persona que conozco ahí, pero recibí un maltrato por parte del dueño, la cual me dejó la uña peor, como la llevé y fuera parte de eso que sólo era pintármela, me cobró $50 y también me pidió propinas

The owner yelled at me after I paid screaming where is the tip? It was beyond embarrassing. Tips are optional and the service was sub par, at best. Rush job on my pedicure, tools not properly sanitized, wait time over an hour for lashes. I already was made to pay the processing fee. A tip was not deserved. This is not the first time, I gave them grace and went back to see if the quality of service would change, it did not.

Went and got my nails there done by Hispanic woman and the owner. They were very disgusting. I hated my nails and they charge me $60 and refused to give me my money back if I were y’all watch where you get your nails done at this place is not the place to go to very bad. Very disgusting.
