My Father ( a retired first responder with limited vision) paid Dean in advance for a demolition of a mobile home destroyed by Ida. He was trying to purchase the property but the deal did not go through. Dean was informed but has not returned Hisd $5,000.00. In saying this no permits were issued nor any work done. He was not to start before a certain date and was informed before that date. Yet $0 returned.
