Outstanding service. My water heater went out in Easter Sunday. I was able to call Monday morning and had a new water heater installed my 3pm. Very fast very efficient. 10/10 recommend. Also the service tech Javier was extremely professional.
I try to only leave positive reviews, but we had a lot of things go wrong that led to us being overcharged. Our heater which is brand new, warranty until 2028, stopped working shortly after we purchased our home. Got a diagnosis from Bishop Heating and Air, but they had a long wait time for getting the part installed, so we went with Dean’s. I relayed all info - already had a diagnosis, using our warranty which is good until 28’, gas valve needs replacement, don’t need Dean’s to send someone to diagnose, we just need the par... read more
