Johannes was very prompt, courteous and patiently listened to our plumbing issue. He explained what was needed and went about taking care of our problem. He was truly one of the most pleasurable service people we have used. We will definitely use him again.
I kid you not, if it wasn’t for Dillon and the the second tech (I can’t remember his name but man I really appreciate him too) who came over and fixed my gas leak I would have had no running gas during this winter storm!!! I am truly truly grateful for them. They did an excellent job, explained with detail what the issue was and how it was going to be resolved, and provided a break down of all the prices. These guys were able to come out on a Saturday, assess the situation and replace my water heater quickly. Jason was absolutely amazing, knew what he was doing, did a fantastic job, and was fun to talk to. I highly recommend these guys if you have any water heater replacement needs
Water heater leaking, and couldn't be repaired. Got multiple quotes and Deans plumbing was the most affordable, as well as same day service. They came out and replaced the unit and installed for a fraction of what the other quotes were at..Sarah was great with customer support, and Marc was the tech that came out. Unbelievable new water heater for the price and same day service, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company, you will thank me later.
I had a sink clog that I could not fix myself. Called Dean’s after 4pm and was offered an appointment that day. Due to time, I opted for following day. Jason kept me informed on arrival time and arrived when stated. Found the possible issue and quoted me to repair which was a fair price. After the service, they also camera snaked drain as a courtesy. Jason covered some maintenance suggestions based on the results.
