Our new home had some issues with the concrete pour which resulted in large gaps around the foundation and sill plate. Our builder sloppily tried to repair the gaps, but it resulted in cracking in the skim coat. I contacted Dean about fixing this the right way, and he came out to look all around the house. Stucco skirting for homes is a Lost Art! I found it incredibly difficult to even find someone who still does the classic skirting for pier and beam homes. I thought all was lost until I found Dean. Dean and his team did a wonderful job with the new stucco skirting for our home. I would highly recommend him for any stucco work you need done inside our outside the home. He is extremely fair, communicative and kind - a joy in the trade world for people working on your home.

Dean's Plastering and Stucco Repair completed a restoration of a stucco chimney for us. The work was quickly scheduled. The workers arrived on-time. The mess to surrounding area was minimal and cleaned up at the end of each day of work. The price was fair and better than any other bid. The project was completed on-time and the end result was exactly what we needed. It looks great! I would definitely use Dean's again.
