I was shopping for a ring. Dean's had a great selection to choose from. Sales person was very helpful and explained everything. No pressure sales. I was offered refreshments while I was shopping. When I found the perfect ring, check out was fast and informative about available offers to insure and maintenance my purchase.
I needed my ring resized and Dean's Jewelry had top notch service! Professional manner and it was done in just a few days. So prompt and they did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend this business for all your jewelry needs
Love, love this store and the staff!! Always greeted with a hello and smile, so friendly..they have cleaned and sized my rings beautifully and are so very helpful! I love how they send a quick text to make sure I'm satisfied with everything.. Jessica is so helpful and takes time with you..will be going back for my special made bracelet..will honestly say, take all your jewelry to them for cleaning or just browse at the beautiful jewelry there..you won't go wrong with Dean's!!!
