**This is an edited post** At first I was very pleased with Dean's. Their customer service reps were courteous and seemed helpful on the phone, and the field techs have been great. Unfortunately, the admin staff have since tried on two separate occasions to separately charge my credit card for the exact amount of my 'Member Savings' listed on my invoice. This appears resolved at this time, but I'm not done dealing with them yet. Additionally, a $600 duct cleaning was included on my invoice, to be performed after the furnace ... read more
