Dean's came to check my broken AC. Told me it was incorrectly wired (after working properly for 12 years). Also told me I had a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace and a risk for CO leak, which a second opinion proved untrue. They were aggressively trying to sell a new furnace and AC, and their repair prices are 2-3x other places.

Management Approved the Job — Techs Still Walked Away Onsite I hired Dean’s Home Services for what I believed was a straightforward plumbing issue involving a suspected vent leak behind built-in double ovens that came with the house when I purchased it 8 years ago. Scam alert. I asked them to come check the a/c. While he was here, he offered to check the furnace, at which point, he claimed he found a "gas leak" that was being caused by a faulty part. We were told the faulty part would cost $1500 to fix, and also given an estimate for over $12k of additional fixes on our 11-year-old furnace that has never not worked. The next day, we called the gas company who found no gas leak. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE and get a second opinion.

Great service completed installation of new furnace, air conditioner and water heater all in one day.Great crew, very polite and kept us informed thru out the total installation.
