Andrew S. Is the best! We were told they couldn’t get anyone to come on a Sunday, but Andrew squeezed us in the last minute and really took care of us. He was comprehensive and kind and there was great communication across the board. Will gladly do business with Dean’s again!
Dean’s had a fast response time and someone was available within a few hours. Andrew S was hard-working and respectful of my time, getting the job done in a timely fashion on a Saturday!
Main sewer backed up on Saturday morning. Andrew S. came out and cleared it quickly and showed us exactly where the issues were with the camera set up.
Andrew S. came quickly once we got the call that he was on his way. He cleared our main line, he showed and explained everything to us every step of the way. The line was cleared and we were set up for the next steps for our situation. He left the site clean. He was very professional and friendly!
