About three years ago, we bought a house in Spicewood that needed lots of love. Deans has been out to the house three times since we bought it and resolved each issue without any significant equipment replacement - they just fixed what had been done poorly before. They are honest, responsive, great to work with and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
We have used these guys for over 15 years for our personal home and rental properties. Great guys that are willing to help out the community and people in need! They are a family run outfit and get the job done!
We had an appointment scheduled on 5/27/25 to have our AC serviced. Nobody showed up during the time window we were given, so we called and rescheduled for today within a window of 0830-1030. Again, no call/no show. After calling the company back we got a very unapologetic, “Oh, we must have thrown away you paper work.” Very unprofessional to say the least. We will be going elsewhere for our AC service.
