After over 5 weeks of waiting for 1 day simple fence project I cancelled and did myself. Been waiting over 2 months for deposit refund
RecommendedThe week our privacy fence was scheduled to go up, Maggie and her crew had to deal with huge rain storms and blast furnace heat, along with an old cobblestone road that apparently used to run across our property underneath our grass right where they had to set the posts. Service was slow and did not meet deadlines. Our service date was rescheduled multiple times and the fence was not put up until a month after we put down our deposit. Yes, the staff was friendly and did decent work, but their timeliness was subpar.
Hard working and pleasant group of people. Maggie took special care to make sure our needs were met and was helpful in a lot of ways. Our GSD Farin is happy and I'm excited about the space for the future.
I requested a repair quote and Maggie replied right away. Came out the same day to look at the damage. They made the repairs the next day. Couldn't be happier. The fence looks great! Thanks so much!!
