Hi Bob, I'm so sorry this has been your experience so far with us! Shipping is always a tricky thing, that we are constantly trying to figure out the balance of, between fast shipping vs. expense vs. raising prices. We do not add the price of shipping into our per pound cost of coffee, like most other coffee companies. Instead, we get negotiated rates from UPS and we pass those directly onto the consumer.
