Not Dean's Automotive
Finding a new mechanic and new doctor are scary events when you move. At Dean's, I've found a spot I can take my vehicles and trust it to be done right and I won't be milked for services that are unneeded. The guys are friendly. A shop I don't stress over going in to.

A 'twighlight-zone' feel with a very uninspired crew. A very unfortunate experience. Little or no communication between crew members, any time I called to check on the status of my car I was told "I dunno". There is no voicemail system and nobody knew what they had done to my car. I had to threaten to take my car off the rack just to get a call from the mechanic. When I arrived to pick up my car I asked where it was, they said "I dunno".
