Dr. Reiss treats both of my children. He is gentle and kind and my children love going to the doctor because of him! I find he is conservative in his approach and does not overprescribe antibiotics which I very much appreciate! I recommend him with the highest marks to all my friends.

Dr. Swabe has been my three daughters' pediatrician beginning almost twenty years ago. I cannot say enough good things about him. We have seen him numerous times a year and he has always been fabulous in his treatment of the varied illnesses and injuries they've experienced. It is obvious he cares so much about the kids (and parents). There is a reason that a huge amount of kids in the Knoxville area have had him for a doctor for so many years. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Dr. Yen to any parent who takes responsibility for the care of their child. Dr. Yen will partner with you to do just that. It is a doctor's job to guide parents who otherwise are not knowledgeable. Why else would you go to a doctor? She was thorough when she checked my son and he loves her! I love the office and the staff is always friendly.

Dr. Laug is an exceptional Doctor, who really cares about his little patients. He talks to them directly about bad habits and the ways children can succeed in becoming healthy, smart, and happy in future. He prescribes medications only if he is sure they are needed.Otherwise,he recommends other ways and techniques to improve the situation. It is very important for me because not all drugs are safe, and I do not want to fight their side effects in future. This Doctor is very experienced.Highly recommend

We have been seeing Dr. Yen for 2yrs, since the birth of our son. She has always been kind, caring & responsive to all of our questions & concerns. Early on, she was extremely supportive & helpful w/serious bf struggles we were having (she is also a bd cert lactation cons.). When we questioned whether our son had a tongue tie, she carefully examined him, and did addt'l. research (including attending an out of state conf.) before helping us decide how to proceed.(I'd go on but I'm out of room!)

Extremely arrogant and hateful doctor. One visit she will laugh, the next she barely speaks. One of the most non caring pediatricians we have ever seen. We have seen everyone in the same practice and would choose any of the others over her. Very demanding and talks down to the parents as if you have no clue. Tries to force flu vaccines and HPV which she insists is a must. Tries to guilt you into doing exactly as she says. You choose this doctor you lose your opinion. Scheduling is a nightmare!

She was our kids doctor for awhile until we missed a well Visit, a check up that our insurance company didn't pay for, so she kicked us out, she charged 300 dollars for this, and I tried to explain why we didn't come to check up, she slammed the door on us and we was there cause my little girl had a very bad kidney infection and high temperature, she said this isn't no walk in clinic and I'm through with you people, scared my kids to death, she's all about the money.

She is arrogant and condescending. She is liberal and demanding of her views. She degrades parents.

Dr. Swabe prescribed antibiotics an average of 6 times in 1 year and Rocephin shots 3 days in a row multiple times. It was the first and primary method of treating every cold, viral accompanied with fever, respiratory illnesses. Absolutely no diagnosis or ruling out any virus infection before prescribing antibiotics - as soon as we would visit with any symptoms, he always prescribed antibiotics and overdosed on occasion. Now I know the danger of it in young children FYI Virus causes fever too!!
