Not a fan of how this company works. They do not follow the ADA's Reasonable Accommodations when taking over from another management company. They do not follow Ohio Landlord and Tenant laws by giving 24 hrs notice when setting foot onto the property. Be aware if they take over they might try to change your lease in the middle of the one already being honored which is illegal btw. They will hire people to do a job and not make sure they follow through with the entirety of the job.

I hope that first impressions are wrong but we will see. As of right now I am upset by the attitude of the management. I will try to give it time and see if it changes.
