Had an appointment today with Dr. DuComb she is the best. She is so smart, explains every thing so clearly. So blessed to have her as one of my doctors.
She is a hoot ! and more than that is a very good doctor ,recommend anyone to see her
My daughter went to Dr. Ducomb as a transfer from another Dermatologist due to moving to college. She is currently on the Accutane program for severe acne. I specifically told the receptionist this when I scheduled the appointment. My daughter went to the appointment and called about 30 minutes later crying because Dr. Ducomb refused to continue prescribing the Accutane. She is already currently on it! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
I have been going to Dr Ducomb for 4 + years. I can tell you she is a very good Dermatologist. She takes time with her patients and answers and explains everything. I am very very pleased. Her staff is very nice and helpful.
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
