Although I did not meet Dr. Manuel, I can say that her employee named Tammy is unprofessional. When I called to make the appt., she was rude. I was never called the day prior to my appt.- although they claimed that they called. When I arrived, I was told I would have to reschedule due to the fact that I did not arrive 30 min. prior to my appt..( which I was never told) Then Tammy continued to insist that I fill out ALL parts of the paperwork completely and with a rude attitude with no guarantee that I would be seen.
