Deann Coffman is a wonderful therapist. She is kind and patient. She provides a safe place to share feelings and work through issues that people encounter in their lives.
Deann is by far the most wonderful therapist I've ever seen. She helped me reduce my anxiety by helping me recognize my triggers, as well as incorporating relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises and meditation. I owe so much to her. I found her when I was at my lowest point and she pulled me back from the precipice. She is very caring and empathetic. I highly recommend her.
Deann has taught me how to live a healthier lifestyle with less anxiety. She has helped me tremendously in managing the stress of life, as well as teaching me the skills to build a better relationship with my daughter. She is very accommodating to my busy schedule and her calm demeanor makes tackling difficult things not so overwhelming.
