The food was good, HOWEVER, my waiter and the manager of the Deanie’s I visited were absolutely rude. My waiter, Aubrey, was rude as soon as we were trying to order to my whole table! The manager threatened to call the police on me, mind you I’m a tourist, because I didn’t have another form of payment because my card wouldn’t swipe. He told me to figure it out and it wasn’t his problem. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Got the half platter- enough food for 4 in my opinion, but was shared with 2; had tons of leftovers.Yummy!! Our server Margaret- super fantastic! Will go back before we leave town to try more of the menu.
The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere is phenomenal.
OMG! Absolutely the BEST food in New Orleans bar none. Skip Emeril's crap restaurants! this place has huge portions of amazing food! service was incredible. My server Ronnie is awesome!
