Dr. Iverson is the BEST. I was quite nervous about my exam and she immediately made me feel better. Her manner is calm, helpful and comforting. She made me feel quite at ease and I am so grateful. I look forward to seeing her again in the future.

been trying to book a preventive/screening appt since last spring (established patient). Now again told "booked out" and no schedule yet to make an appt. I am so frustrated. I wish Dr. Iversen could know.
I felt compelled to write this review to get Dr. Iversen's star rating up to the level she deserves and properly reflects her skills, approachability, and professionalism. I transferred to Dr. Iversen a few years ago after my gynecologist retired. All I can say is, I wish I'd found her sooner. She is so easy to talk to. She is practical and matter of fact without being distant and clinical. She makes talking about potentially awkward and embarrassing problems feel like chatting with a close girlfriend. Dr. Iversen may be a good doctor, but her team doesn't reflect that. She really has very inexperienced, unprofessional, lack of follow up/follow through office team at Good Samaritan in NW Portland. I'm still trying to figure out how any of the staff got their jobs. It makes the entire experience unsettling and non-reassuring in terms of receiving good medical care and ensuring my health.
