I spent $16,000 on a complete bathroom remodel. 2 years later I noticed tiles were cracking around the tub. About 16 of them! I reached out to them and Gary jr did come to see the problem. He said he would come back to fix it. That was over a year ago! I have left numerous messages and never heard from them again. I did speak with Gary Sr once, who said he would give the message to Jr, but still nothing. Very unprofessional! DO NOT USE!
I had explained to them what kind of bathroom i imagined and their choice was perfect. They replaced it and cleaned the bathroom spotless when they were finished. I am very pleased with their work and will use them in the future.
