Terrible product
This company installed the Lennox AC in my house which failed within 5 years. Lennox's warranty covers the equipment for the first 5 years but these people refused to provide the documentation needed by Lennox to substantiate the installation date which prevented me to claim the repair warranty that I am entitled to. They are totally not helpful.
