We hired them for a full reroofing project after the old shingles started curling. They used top-grade asphalt shingles with high-temp underlayment. Every valley and ridge was rebuilt properly, and the city inspection cleared right away.
Cracked tiles and poor water drainage had us opt for a full tile roof replacement. Deandre Roofing removed the old tiles, fixed framing dips, and installed new underlayment. They took extra care with valley flashing to avoid future leaks. The concrete tiles were installed cleanly, restoring the home’s original aesthetic and ensuring durability.
The tile on our roof had cracked in too many spots to repair, so we needed new ones installed. We used chone clay tiles again, but this time with a lighter finish to reduce heat. They matched the new layout to the home’s shape and tied everything in cleanly. It’s quality work.
We opted for a cool roof shingle system due to how hot it gets here. The team that handled our project explained the roof replacement process, materials needs, permits to get, radiant barriers, and how airflow would change.
