Staff and maintenance here are very kind . Thank you to Amina & Erica for everything and the kindness and understanding you ladies gave to my children and I. The maintenance staff always respond to my work orders and I thank them for everything!
First I wanna thank Amina who is the property manager at this community, she was so helpful , professional, and very open on all the matters I needed, provided excellent service and communication, which is a big deal for me when it comes down to moving into a new home! Also her assistant Erica is very nice and helpful as well! I appreciate all that you have provided for me and my family ! We need more ppl like these ladies ! Thank you 🙏🏽
Im editing my post to add on the best thing about Dean Woods Pl is the maintenance worker Jonathan I give him 5 stars. He is always working hard and does his best for the residents here. Even under staffed you see him running all over making sure each need of the resident is met as much as they allow him with him working a lot of times by himself. Patient relation department if you can speak to corporate as I had no AC since Friday. I did have Maintanence guy check AC unit on Friday late night and he told me he will be back in morning with a temporary AC for window until AC unit is fixed sadly he lied. Saturday and today no one has called or came over with temporary AC unit for window and I have been dealing with this severe heat wave that has made me ill and I have called emergency Maintanence continuously. Horrible customer service, you called no one answers, you have to be transfer somewhere else to get a response. My application got denied and I won’t have my deposit back for up to 30 business days, it’s been 2 weeks since they denied my application and still don’t have my money back.
