Extremely Unprofessional Be Cautious Before Applying Our experience with this apartment complex has been frustrating from the start. Communication is practically nonexistent. There’s no physical leasing office to visit, and every time we called, it went straight to voicemail. I applied to this complex back in January after seeing a sign that said they're leasing. I paid the app fee and deposit. After submitting the app, I got an email saying the an apartment would be available early May. I called to follow up multiple times, left voicemails and noone ever returned my call or reached out to me. May comes and still nothing. So I tried calling again to get a refund of my deposit, again ITS BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. This apartment complex also doesn't have an office so... read more
Staff and maintenance here are very kind . Thank you to Amina & Erica for everything and the kindness and understanding you ladies gave to my children and I. The maintenance staff always respond to my work orders and I thank them for everything!
First I wanna thank Amina who is the property manager at this community, she was so helpful , professional, and very open on all the matters I needed, provided excellent service and communication, which is a big deal for me when it comes down to moving into a new home! Also her assistant Erica is very nice and helpful as well! I appreciate all that you have provided for me and my family ! We need more ppl like these ladies ! Thank you 🙏🏽
