This doctor had very bad bedside manner, prescribed a new medication,and when I showed alarm and concern as to why his explanation was only “you don’t want to die, you’ve had enough problems” . He gave me no explanation and walked out of the room. Very bad attitude and not like a Family medicine or Primary care physician to behave
Dean Traiger had been my doctor for a good 10 years and was satisfied with him. If I had a problem that was something other then blood work, every 6 months, I would visit a Specialist. Total time actually spent with the office visit was less then 10 minutes on average. I'm a 71 years of age male and on my last scheduled appointment Dr. Traiger wasn't available. Boring, no compassion, too busy to listen. Can’t wait to get you out of his office. Hard to reach, lacks knowledge. Lacks follow up. Only interested in reading your labs. Fails to recognize patients needs. Never physically exams patients. Disregards severity of patient’s symptoms.

I felt like this doctor doesn’t listen very well and has zero compassion and would support and agree with the negative review on this site. I believe Dr Traigers goals are to run a healthcare facility one day a cannot be bothered by his patients. Please do your homework before choosing this doctor. Worst PCP experience I’ve had!!!

Wanted to treat me for ailments not related to prior emergency room visit. (Reason for visit) Concerned more about my lipids than me passing out or my recent hospitalization. I would not recommend this person to anyone.
Dr. Traiger truly cares about your health. He evaluates, listens, confirms, and follows up to provide outstanding service.
I have been a patient of Dr Traiger for 20 years! (If we hadn’t moved I would still be a patient!) He is a tremendous diagnostician and has a calm manner about him that tends to make the patient confident that he is in good hands. The office staff are exceptional.
