What a horrible experience. My husband and I bought a kegerator for our basement and Dean came out to our house to provide us with an estimate to have a hole drilled in our granite, so that we could install it. He sent my husband an email with the quoted cost, and then less than 48 hours later when we contacted him to schedule it he tried to QUADRUPLE the cost from what he originally quoted us. Completely unacceptable way to run a business.

I have been great friends with Dean since 1990. Dean has never let me, or anyone else I know, down. He installed granite tops throughout our house. They are beautiful. His pricing is extremely competitive. More importantly, he will make sure you are totally happy with his product and service!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dean and all of his contractors. He was very attentive to all of my concerns, and the final product looks great! He managed the design and construction of a custom island with a granite top and electricity, new backsplash, and a new sink and faucet. I was needing this all done very quickly, and he met all of my deadlines. All of his contractors were very professional and knowledgeable.
Our kitchen looks amazing, and this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in KC or anywhere. All the work was perfectly coordinated and on time, and everybody involved did a great job making sure everything was just right. Our floor looks fantastic, and our counters, backsplash, and sink are all excellent.
