I actually was just going to the dealer to see if I actually would fit in a Subaru. My mother had a Toyota that was on the small side & due to height my head rubbed the headliner. Not only did I fit in the Crosstrek they had the car in my favorite shade of green. One short test drive and I was sold. Tony Poston was great and very helpful.
I just traded in my Subaru for a Volkswagen, and Michael Isom made the whole process easy. He helped me navigate their inventory to find the right vehicle, then patiently walked me through leasing options. I’d never leased before, so I had a ton of questions about financing and leasing, and he took the time to answer all of them. Great buying experience. Fair price. No pressure to buy dealer add ons. I felt like they helped me take advantage of all discounts. Tony Poston was great. He helped me put together the order for my vehicle and kept in touch throughout the order/build/ship/ delivery process. Sam Goevert, also, did a great job. He helped us with the paperwork, got us a great interest rate, and explained the tax/title/ registration process. Overall top notch experience. If you want a new Subaru, I recommend you give the Dean Team a shot.
It was so easy. There was no pressure at all.
