Dean Team VW is the absolute worst of the worst. It is dealerships like this that make the entire industry look bad. Dave Smith, let’s start there. I hope this was an odd experience at their VW CAR SERVICE SHOP so good luck if you go there.. I had a great and easy experience scheduling the appointment. Easy drop off around 10a. I needed a coolant system pressure check (aka diagnosis for going through coolant too fast). Turn around time was 1 day so I expected a call before the end of the day. Highly recommend never stepping foot here, Very incompetent and ignorant employees! How do you sell somebody a $50k BRAND NEW piece of trash and turn around and pretend the issues the car is having are “normal”? Insist that this is the way the car operates due to all of its electronics and “ultimately you have a warranty so you can utilize that”.. absolutely not!
