Matt (tall) started to help and show us the cart until Matt (short) Lucken was able to finish (I had spoken to short Matt the day before) with all the rest of the sales paperwork and training. Matt Lucken went over everything you need to know about a golf cart and the batteries. The men work well together as a team. The prompt delivery schedule was a great surprise. I don’t know where to start because I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to on this one. This has been hands down one of the smoothest buying processes that I have ever had. 5 minutes after inquiring online Tyler called me as walked me through the process.
