I am an event planner and Dean Supply is my go to store for one stop shopping. I absolutely love the variety and the prices are awesome as well.
Finding Dean Supply was awesome!! They have so much variety in glassware, plates, serving dishes, etc. They offer great prices on everything that other companies can't touch! Every time I go to Dean, I spend at least 2 hours just looking at all the great stuff!! And it fits right into my budget!!
So I thought I found finally what I've been looking and entered for the first time your store. I know I have a bit of a heavy accent, but does this necessarily mean that I'm not worthy of getting the proper attention like everyone deserves? I just asked a simple question but it seems I have asked for too much...
Thank you. I found the utensils I needed, the foil pans were half the price I paid last year at a large chain. This was my first time at this location the last time I was at Deans was with my dear departed uncle at your Euclid Ave location. I will be back.
I have been there a few times and each time there was no greeting when I entered the store, I have been in customer service for over 17 years and understand the importance of a simple hello. There is also very little help on the floor when you need it

While I am not an owner of a restaurant, I have a Mom who loves sturdy soup mugs. So, when we found a mug she liked, we ordered a case of them! The prices here are very reasonable, and I appreciate that many items can be purchased as one item (again, I don't own a restaurant). Also, their customer service is friendly, helpful, and prompt! A mug was slightly defective, not due to shipping (items are securely packed, not breakages here!), must've missed the eye of the inspectors before packing.
