My first impressions of Dean Supply were really good. Tons of nice looking items at reasonable prices and helpful staff members. However, at the end of my visit, the manager was called over to the store about a payment policy question. Instead of explaining their policy politely to me, he was extremely condescending and rude. A northeast Ohio staple. Everything imaginable at awesome prices.
I purchased 2 trash cans and within 24 hours I returned 1 of the 2 cans and was told there would be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE!!!! When I spoke with the manager he told me I shouldn't by what I don't want. The signs are not visibly posted which I believe is strategic. Please beware and be informed!
My sister and I love going to Dean's. When we go down there we're like 2 kids in a candy store.
They have everything I'm looking for when I go in, very affordable prices also.
Enjoyed my 1st visit... Very helpful staff. Excellent assortment...I need more money!!! I will be back!
