Always the best
I had a couple of weight training sessions with Dean so I could get an overall routine that would work for me (with a recent osteoporosis diagnoses). The knowledge that I gained for how to properly tone, in addition to ensure my form was correct to avoid injury was invaluable. Dean takes the time to understand your goals and then makes sure the workout is tailored to achieve those goals. If you choose to work with Dean, I promise, you will not be disappointed.
