We had our first appointment yesterday and I must say he was WONDERFUL! He listened intently regarding my back pain issues. His recommendation were for an epidural injection, although, reluctant as my previous provider's attempt ONLY lasted 2 days. Dr. Collis reassured me that I would NOT be crying the entire procedure. Not only that, after leaving my appointment, I ran into an old acquaintance in the hallway. Even after a majory back surgery he still does not want to give pain medication to get you out of some of the pain !
I was referred to Dr. Collis by my neurosurgeon because I couldn’t have surgery due to a bad heart. He took the time to go through my records and X-rays. He came up with a plan of medications and injections. He then did frequency ablazion and it has made life so much more bearable.
Dr. Collis did nerve blocks on my neck that knocked out the excruciating pain going down my arms. I can finally sleep with out waking up in the middle of the night in pain

Dr. Collis took the time during my appointment to explain each approach to pain management for my spine issues. He listened to me, supported the path I wanted to take, and was very thorough in describing what steps would be taken to help my pain.
