Dean Roofing is the Best in the Bay no doubt about it. Luke was so communicative and professional from start to end. The roofers were clean and tidy while completing the job quickly with a smile. Never had any issues and the roof looks like a million bucks. We had a lot of wood deterioration and Dean Roofs added new wood and took time to do it all correctly. Trying to contact Dean Roofing. Recently repaired roof is leaking water down into my living room. In the same spot. Linda Summers 1148 Burke Ave. Dunedin, Fl. Issue resolved. New roof is complete.
In 2024 we had two smaller houses re-roofed - one of which had a flat roof as well as a shingle roof. The entire process was VERY professional and the price was very fair for the great work. --- [from 3 years ago] Very Professional. Quoted repair, stopped the leak, and billed less than the quote. Very timely and courteous. The roof is near end-of-life, but there was absolutely no pressure to replace the whole roof.
We had a great experience with Dean Roofing. Luke provided excellent communication throughout the project, and it was all very straightforward. There were no surprises or hidden costs, everything about the process was exceptionally smooth and my new roof is perfect. They worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves so well it was like they weren't even here. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
