What a great job Dean Roofing Company did for us! Had a consult with Luke, filled out the NOC, they came and fixed our leak and arrived the next week to completely re-do our roof. They were quick, professional and made sure everything was cleaned up and blown off, all in 1 day. We manage a property in Largo, and according to County records, Dean Roofing replaced the roof there in 2022. Recently, our residents have reported that parts of the ceiling are failing during rainstorms. Since new roofs usually come with a 5-year workmanship warranty, we reached out to Dean Roofing to set up an inspection. Their team went out there and gave us a full report of the issue. At the end, it was determined that it was not a roof issue.
