I strongly recommend no body to ever use dean Patterson as a body shop. My insurance company gave them 29days and it's been over a month and a half. I keep getting the same answer every time I call that it'll be done at the end of the week for the past three weeks. They keep ordering stuff off a different car thinking it'll fit mine for some reason idk. Bought a Jeep off of them almost a year ago test drove it and it worked fine Carfax fine as soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on took it back immediately and was told it was simply a loose gas cap and to give it a week. Check engine light never went away took it back and they have replaced the O2 sensor and fuel filter several times and reset the computer defaults because it was an emissions issue. Definitely won't be back. Got a '13 Sonata last year and the paint immediately started peeling off the hood. Took it back and Patterson's pretty much washed their hands of the whole situation. The least the could've done was make it right. But hey. You've already got the money. Who needs repeat customers anyway.
We bought a car in January here, initially we had problems, however, Dean Patterson and his Sales Manager Buddy Kyle made the situation right. When it's time for another car, I'll be stopping here first. Thank you!
I purchased a car here in April, it's been to the garage 3 times since then and has cost a total of $3,000. They didn't even fill up the tank after I bought the car. These people did nothing but pass off a problem car into someone else.
