Fantastic service - quick & thorough - employees were very helpful & pleasant to deal with.
I had an appointment this morning to get my car inspected. I have mobility issues and Roxana and her team made sure that I got in and out of the building safely . The techs also did a great job as car was done in less than an hour.
It’s a shame that I bought a new truck and send a friend 2 weeks ago and he bought a new car off the show room floor and I wanted to buy a car for my wife and can’t get really any figures all kinda of up in the air ones I bought roughly 2 Palisades and 2 trucks in the last 4 years and my daughter will be looking for a car in the near future guess not here starting to look somewhere else
This is by far one of the worst dealships that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with there horrible they dont uphold deals that they post they lie thru there teeth typical car dealership it was way better when it was Pattersons definitely do not recommend big waste of time
Joel worked with us every step of the way, amazing customer service. Would definitely return if another car is needed.
