another misogynistic car dealership where the salesman will claim that we were just “so excited” to buy a car that we didn’t listen to what he told us. we listened, you LIED. never will step foot into this dealership again. don’t be surprised when they hang up on you either! get everything in writing with signatures people! don’t let them screw you like they screwed us! if i could give this car back to them and never pay them another dime, it would be done in an instant
Stopped by to look at a 2024 Mustang Darkhorse with under 800 miles. Sales staff not familiar with car and I noticed different brands of tires on the car front Pirelli rears Michelin. Asked salesman to contact me about issues. No response when asked about credit for cheaper rear tires mounted on the rear.
Absolutely horrible! I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post anything without any stars. But it didn't even deserve one star. I left the dealership and drove straight to another and traded my car in on another make!
The most painless process possible. Very nice and transparent sales staff. I highly recommend this dealership. Billy was amazing and Rob the manager worked magic to get me the most for my trade and get me into the exact vehicle I wanted!! Recommend, recommend, recommend !! Also I would like to add this was after I had a horrible bait and switch experience a few weeks prior at courtesy. The staff at blaise alexander are definitely not your run of the mill salesmen. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!
Best experience ever. Matt was very helpful. He made sure everything was what we were looking for and gave us a better deal then we expected. No better place to shop and we will be back.
