I normally don’t write reviews, but what Blaise Alexander of Altoona did to me was shocking and pushed me to share my experience. Regardless of what they may claim, I want to be fully transparent about what happened. When I first brought my car in with a P1326 code, they told me it was a known defect and assured me the engine would be covered under Hyundai’s extended warranty. another misogynistic car dealership where the salesman will claim that we were just “so excited” to buy a car that we didn’t listen to what he told us. we listened, you LIED. never will step foot into this dealership again. don’t be surprised when they hang up on you either! get everything in writing with signatures people! don’t let them screw you like they screwed us! if i could give this car back to them and never pay them another dime, it would be done in an instant
Stopped by to look at a 2024 Mustang Darkhorse with under 800 miles. Sales staff not familiar with car and I noticed different brands of tires on the car front Pirelli rears Michelin. Asked salesman to contact me about issues. No response when asked about credit for cheaper rear tires mounted on the rear.
Absolutely horrible! I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post anything without any stars. But it didn't even deserve one star. I left the dealership and drove straight to another and traded my car in on another make!
