The service department handled my length and extensive warranty job like super pros. From the mngr Scotty Miller, to the updates from Marisa to the good work of the mechanics. All A+
Top notch staff. My truck was in for a new transmission and the staff was excellent to work with. From getting a rental to constant communication! Top notch customer service.
first off this is not dean patterson service its blaise alexander.im not going to re right what i wrote on the survey page but lets just say this was not a good experience. had the truck way too long for the work that was done. no communication. had to keep going in to check status of repairs.
Only have 2 complaints. One is that they asked me to let them do the inspection to save me another trip I said ok as long as it's says the same month that it's due. Well it didn't it's now a month ahead. Two is that every time I go there for anything they want to appraise my truck when they have nothing to offer that is the same. The truck I have is what I want. The work they do is great and the people are very friendly.
