first off this is not dean patterson service its blaise alexander.im not going to re right what i wrote on the survey page but lets just say this was not a good experience. had the truck way too long for the work that was done. no communication. had to keep going in to check status of repairs.
Only have 2 complaints. One is that they asked me to let them do the inspection to save me another trip I said ok as long as it's says the same month that it's due. Well it didn't it's now a month ahead. Two is that every time I go there for anything they want to appraise my truck when they have nothing to offer that is the same. The truck I have is what I want. The work they do is great and the people are very friendly.

WE CAME BACK!!! We had purchased a NEW TrailBlazer - 2025 six months ago with such a wonderful experience. Had our 2022 Equinox in for routine service and while waiting Jim showed me the NEW 2026 Equinox's. Fell in love with the NEW style, inside and out with so many new features. I decided to bring my wife in to take a look. (She knew I was hooked). She loved it also. We dealt AGAIN with Christian Yingling - who answered all our questions and took us for a test drive.
