Could not recommend you more to stay far away from this service department. Bought the car last year, day after it was purchased I had to call about brakes and rotors. Was told on the phone it was my cost. After some back and forth they agreed to cover it. I have had four transmission repairs in a matter of 5 months, each has failed just as the last. I don't recommend this place. We where told over the phone to come in to do some test drives and decide what type of vehicle would fit what we where looking for..we come in and sit there for 30 minutes while they try to figure themselves out..wasting our time. Then we decide on a vehicle but no one can find the vehicle so we never see it meanwhile they are trying to see about financing..while they are wasting more of our time we received 3 approvals online from other places. Shady business tactics at its finest here. Went in because their facebook ad sales they were securing a "voucher" for you. Made an appointment and was told right off the bat the .9% financing they were offering is for Hyundais only. When I asked about the voucher i was asked " Which Part?" And I said the voucher I'm to recieve. Was told the " voucher" is all just a marketing scam and its nothing more than appointment to get you in the door.
