Good reputation, horrible customer service – I had a terrible experience here. I was refered by a friend, but treated with such disrespect. I was treated horribly in front of other customers and embarrased. I was reminded that I was lucky they were even helping me. I took my business elsewhere and a suggest you do as well. There are a lot of great jewelers in Portland who offer customer service as well as expertise.
