Doctor Otaka has been my doctor for decades. There have been many times where I needed the best care (frequent flyer at the hospital) and he's been there every time I needed him. If you can get in as a patient, know you are in the best hands.
Dr otaka is truly a good doctor and deserves five stars. However, his staff truely deserves one star or zzzero! Enough already!
