Made an appointment to view an apartment. It was confirmed in writing. We drove all the way there, waited 20 minutes, and no one showed up. We called 3 different numbers, but no one answered, we could only talk to an AI chatbot who got confused and canceled our tour. I can't imagine what it's like to live there if this is how they treat prospective renters.
Shannon was a great help, being responsive and working with my hectic schedule. Answered all my questions and was flexible with changing your times due to last minute schedule changes.
The customer service technician was Alberto and he was very professional and completed the job quickly. We really appreciate his service!
I’ve been a tenant here for many years and cannot say anymore good things about current management . The cleanliness of the property has increased exponentially over the past 2 years and the office has been quick to tend to any resident issues . The area is such a great neighborhood of small boutique buildings and conveniently near markets and stores .
