I have found several poor black homeowners have lost their homes due to illegal foreclosure filed by John Morris IV. He used banks name without their permission and the agency that you complain to Attorney Generals office in the fraud department is John Morris IV whom the complaint of fraud goes to and is ignored because he is commiting criminal act against homeowners deceased and still living. Admitted in court filings to violating the Rules of Professional Conduct--namely, taking part in private communications with the judge and judge's staff in the middle of the case. VERY dishonest. I spoke with two of the attorneys going back 3 years, and they both clearly were made aware of the false info they were claiming.
