My husband was extremely ill. We wondered if it might be listeria, for several reasons. We told them over the phone we would like to have him tested for listeria. We told them when we arrived. We have no insurance, so they took our money, took us in back, and then advised us they do not do any blood testing there at all. They were also concerned it might be viral meningitis. They advised us to go to a real emergency room. If they had been honest, and simply told ys they do not do bloodwork, we would have gone somewhere else.

We were told after filling out paperwork that it would be about an hour until we could be seen. At this time my wife and I have been waiting for a total of fours hours and still have yet to see a doctor. If I did indeed have an urgent issue at this urgent care I'm afraid my care would not be met with what is needed.
While on a 2-week driving trip through Arizona, my mother came down with a urinary tract infection. She went to the nextcare urgent care center and was seen immediately by a doctor and half an hour later she had a prescription. We were very impressed with the competence of the doctors and quick handling of this, especially being away from home and we are very grateful to nextcare urgent care for their fast and unbureaurecratic organization.
My husband and myself have been patients at this clinic and it was a very good experience. The staff is courteous and the medical care is great. My husband has seen a variety of the PA's in this clinic and he was very pleased for the most part. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I will never go here again, even if it was the last medical office opened! The clerk upfront was rude. The doctor failed to give proper medical care, as well as neglecting to tell me my diagnosis. Before I was released, the aide explained I will be placed in a sling but they didn't have my size. As she handed me an order for one I asked where I could get a sling at to which she replied "I don't know I guess I could look it up on my phone or something." Very nice and helpful. Have made double visits and everyone was always kind and professional.
This is the BEST Urgent Care facility around. The staff is very pleasant. The doctors takes time to assess their patients. And the location is very convenient.
