went in with dizziness and chills: they never checked my ears, found bacteria in the urine, sent it for a culture, voice mail FIVE days later said all was normal...oh yeah, how did they test a sample that their lab contaminated and could not test. I was on hold for over 20 min. disconnected in the transfer, they never gave me my patient number so I could follow-up, total waste of money and time and I'm STILL SICK Do not recommend!
