Under investigation from NHTSA .. good luck..I contacted Dean McCrary probably 85 times about them not servicing my vehicle and Hattiesburg because my husband is in law enforcement I have the documents and recorded calls.. they don't like law enforcement fine. If you buy a car from them don't expect to get any service
I brought my Kia here for an ABS light issue. The dealership quoted me over $1,315 to replace two sensors, plus unnecessary add-ons like a fuel induction service and an alignment. I got charged 100$ for the diagnostic fees. When I took it to a local independent shop for a second opinion: They found only one sensor was bad, not two. They caught a dangerous failing wheel hub that the dealership completely missed. I paid $510 at the local shop to fix the actual problem. Incompetent! Service manager is horrible! Received their certification online! Don’t buy from Dean McCrary! No honor there! Don’t stand behind their product!
Only bring your car here if you want it to be broken into (aka left unlocked for easy access apparently). What I got was a shoulder shrug, insincere apology and offer for a free car wash after they allowed my car to be left unlocked and broken into on their watch and property; I wont be going back and recommend that you don’t use them either. Unprofessional, rude managers and terrible communication is what this service center has to offer you.
