Incompetent! Service manager is horrible! Received their certification online! Don’t buy from Dean McCrary! No honor there! Don’t stand behind their product!
Only bring your car here if you want it to be broken into (aka left unlocked for easy access apparently). What I got was a shoulder shrug, insincere apology and offer for a free car wash after they allowed my car to be left unlocked and broken into on their watch and property; I wont be going back and recommend that you don’t use them either. Unprofessional, rude managers and terrible communication is what this service center has to offer you.
Will NEVER have my car serviced there again. Recalls were handled. Picked up the next morning and my wife found her Soul was broken into. She told them what happened and they responded it happens all the time along this street. Problem was, no windows broken and no damage to window seals. So, someone must have left it unlocked. Their non chalant attitude was uncalled for. Will take it to Daphne from now on.
Fixed my recalls.
