We recently endured the unfortunate circumstance of having a transmission fail in one of our vehicles. The Service Team at Dean McCrary made the repair process effortless. We could have chosen a dealer in Laurel, but didn't for obvious reasons. Dakota and his team are amazing. The repair took less time than anticipated and the pricing was fair. They even went as far as cleaning the car before returning it to us. I definitely recommend the Service Team at Dean McCrary Kia.
