Extremely disappointing! The receptionist was great-that’s the only reason for 2 stars. Extremely concerning experience. Dean the PA, reviewed and discussed the wrong patients X-rays during my visit. I brought up the issue, he left to review my X-rays and came back claiming they belonged to someone else with my same name, and became dismissive! I expected a higher level of professionalism and patient care.
