The roofers cleaned up after nicely. The product looks nice. I am not confident in the quality of the work and am considering having my roof inspected. I can not speak with anyone and everything is done via email, which doesn't resolve anything. I contacted the vent company and was told they recommend an intake vent also. Because one was not installed the vent runs almost constant, especially if a damp day. I inspected in my attic and am not sure the previous vent on the ridge of the roof was "patched" properly as I can see ... read more
We had them come out to fix a leak in our slate roof. The good news is that they came out right way, the bad news is they caulked something that should not have been caulked, according to another roofer that looked at it. (And it didn't fix the problem in the first place. The leak never stopped.) Multiple messages via their website went unanswered, multiple phone calls and voicemails went unanswered, and an email went unanswered as well. Dean Martin roofing was great, the repairs I had done totally fixed dampness in the basement. Very responsive & nice guys. I had several quotes & Dean was the only one who gave me a fair price without trying to force me to buy a whole new roof. I highly recommend
