Made an appointment for online. They called me for my insurance information and credit card but, never called me for my appointment. I called and stated no one called me for my 10:30 appointment she stated she was sorry and try to push it back to 3pm remind you, I am still in so much pain and you still want me to wait. Cancelled my appointment and went to another PCP.
