I have setup autopay multiple times after a card had to be changed after an issue with identify theft. However, each month I continue to get a call that a payment is past due and my insurance is about to lapse and I have to provide the same information again. Last month it was because they were still using the old card impacted by identity theft despite that we had setup autopay with the new card and I’d informed them the other card is no longer valid. Apparently you are also not able to setup or change autopay online either... read more
