Mike was my technician, and later he had a helper whose name I didn’t catch. Mike was extremely helpful, fast, and efficient in getting my air conditioner working properly again just in time for the summer heat. The staff was caring and very responsive in getting someone out to me as quickly as possible. They went the extra mile, providing both quality work and efficiency. There are amazing! They replaced our package unit with a wonderful new 2 stage unit. Dean, Mike and Sean were outstanding. Dean was so patient with me as I took my time picking the prefect unit, Mike gave us a fair, honest estimate. When they came to install, Sean keep us aware of everything going on, they were clean, courteous, careful and thoughtful, as well as totally professional and great at their jobs! We highly recommend them!
Can not thank Mike and the boys enough for their professional services. Prior to calling them I called another local business that I had been using for years and they came out and didn’t even diagnose it correctly and gave me five different estimates for what it could be ranging from $2300-$4800.
