I thought i must have just had a negative experience here out of bad luck or whatever, but after being open about it i found that it isnt uncommon for people to have been mistreated. If you are unhappy with your treatment from dean house or banksia ward you can lodge an official complaint to the healthcare complaints commission. This service is useless, they don't help. Robert needs to wake up and get his diagnosis right and to be able to take critistim. You know I was right in what I was saying you didn't like to admit it! Again he calls without any idea of ways to help or find services that are available with openings to take staff after the help center said otherwise. I heard they were pretty mean and don't care! But that's from someone else.
While staying in Tamworth on a (8) day holiday, l had a fall in the middle of the night on November 30th 3023. Resulting in admission to TBH E/dept, with a # Rt NOF, Requiring surgical fixation on the 2/12/23. Followed by admission to Rehab
Still waiting for a follow up on my complaint In regards to a breach of confidentiality. The person who was conducting my sons session was incompetent of taking down correct information which lead to a possibility of very serious repercussions. Dean house you have failed us . These stressful times when we reach out for help and support and instead having my son fear mental health workers.
